Diet and Nutrition Coach, Certified in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University, with a BA in Organismal Biology, and Nearly 10 Years of Plant-Based Eating Expertise

Just like you, I have struggled with how to eat to feel great, lose weight, and contribute to a sustainable society. I went vegan one day nearly ten years ago after learning about the meat and dairy industry and the treatment of animals as commodities. At this time I didn’t even know that vegan was an extremely healthy way to live, so I had struggles understanding that I could be healthy, happy, and vegan! It wasn’t until many years later that I learned how to lead a vibrant and healthy vegan lifestyle, with so many bumps along the way.

My mission is to help others get to where I am today without so many ups and downs. With an understanding of how to be a vibrant, healthy vegan, I am here to teach you the science, help you with recipe ideas, and offer support to anyone wanting to take a step towards healthy, plant-based eating.
